Orvo Pets

The short version. Orvo Pets has no accounts and asks for nothing about you. Everything plays offline, and your creatures live on your device. The app measures how it is used so we can improve it, and it records whether an install came from an ad we ran. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and there is nothing to buy.
Orvo Pets is published by MSP AI, LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy covers
the Orvo Pets mobile app on Google Play and the Apple App Store (ai.nextad.orvopets).

We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, or location. There is no sign-up form and no login. What the app does collect is listed here in full.

We do not request App Tracking Transparency permission and we do not read the IDFA on iOS. The app does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Your creatures, your egg, your coins, your decorations, your bond with each creature and your daily streak are stored on the device itself and are never uploaded. There is no cloud save. Uninstalling the app removes them.
The app can remind you about your daily check-in, a creature that fell asleep waiting, or an egg that is close to hatching. These are local notifications: they are scheduled on your device, they never go through a server, and they only appear if you grant the notification permission when the app asks. You can turn them off at any time in your phone’s settings.
Everything in Orvo Pets works with no connection at all. There is no multiplayer, no chat, no leaderboard and no way for players to contact each other. Nothing another player does is ever shown to you, and nothing you do is shown to anyone else.
Orvo Pets is suitable for all ages and collects nothing that identifies a person. There is no field anywhere in the app for a player to enter personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has provided us with any, write to support@nextad.ai and we will delete it.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. The processors named above handle data on our instructions only: Google (Firebase Analytics) and Adjust.
Uninstalling the app deletes everything it stored on your device. To have the analytics events associated with your device deleted, write to support@nextad.ai from any address and say which platform you played on; we will delete them within 30 days. You do not need an account to ask, because there are no accounts.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be described in the app’s store listing release notes.
