Tell us which phone you play on, and what you were doing when the problem happened. A screenshot helps.
Every egg after your first one needs one completed focus session before it hatches. Tap a creature that is asking for you on the home screen (the one holding up a bubble), or open any creature and start a focus session from its page. When the 15 minutes are up, the egg is ready.
Each creature asks once a day, and only one asks at a time. Sitting with one clears the request for that day; the others will take their turn tomorrow. You are never penalised for saying no.
Each of the 25 species lives in your world once. A duplicate hatch pays coins, bond and an evolution shard for the creature you already have instead of adding a second one.
Care actions are paid for with care tokens, which you earn by completing focus sessions and by checking in each day. Petting is always free.
Progress is stored on the device only; there is no cloud save. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data, or moving to a new phone starts a fresh world. We cannot restore it, and we are sorry about that.
Reminders only appear if you allowed notifications when the app asked. If you declined, turn them on in your phone’s settings for Orvo Pets.
Every minigame and the focus page have a speaker button in the bottom-right corner that mutes music and effects together. Settings has switches for sound and vibration.
Orvo Pets has no accounts and collects nothing that identifies you. The full policy is at /privacy, including how to have analytics data deleted.
